The Lapeer County Sheriffs Office is responsible for the entire 666 sq. miles of Lapeer County.
Scott McKenna has been the Sheriff since 2017. The Sheriff's responsibilities include overseeing the divisions of the Sheriff’s Department including the County Jail, as well as managing their budget and administrative duties.
