Children's Special Health Care Services
Children’s Special health Care Service (CSHCS) is a Michigan program to help families with a child or youth up to 21 years old, with a moderate-severe physical chronic conditions. It is not insurance, but it assists with eligible specialty doctor medical bills, etc. The Lapeer County Health Department nurses act as a liaison between the family and Lansing MDHHS-CSHCS Division. |
